ANNE BRITTON,
wife of
Roland Lawrence Esq. M.D.
and daughter of the late
John Meredith Esq. of Westbury,
died May 27th 1867,
Aged 71 years.

Ann Britton Meredith was baptised 9 Aug 1795 at Church Stretton, Shropshire, daughter of John and Anne Meredith. She married Rowland Lawrence at Westbury, Shropshire on 27 Feb 1826. The 1861 census shows her as a “medical man’s wife” visiting the farm of George and Lucy Juckes at Beslow, Wroxeter, Shropshire.
