The marriage of Charles Dulson and Ann Bishton was registered at Bridgnorth, Shropshire in the June quarter of 1856. Charles was baptised at Beckbury, Shropshire on 19 Dec 1824, son of William Dulson and his wife Winifred, while Ann was baptised at Worfield on 26 Feb 1832, daughter of Edward Bishton and his wife Elizabeth. Charles, an agricultural labourer, appears with Ann on the 1871 census living at Harebut Bank in the parish of Waters Upton with their 4 month old daughter Winifred Dulson who was born in the parish, and 9 year old nephew Charles Cartmale.
